Dundonald Family and Community Initiative... We are supporting families and providing activities for children after school and in the summer. Our project is situated in one of the most deprived areas of Ballybeen (East Belfast) which was recognised as an ‘Area at Risk’ by the Department of Social Development in 2007. Many of the families with which we work experience financial hardship, and lack self-confidence and the opportunity for positive social engagement.
